Assess, Don't Guess

Your body's been warning you for years.
Ready to finally listen?

Assess the body.
Restore the movement.
Rebuild the life.

Work one-on-one with a Functional Movement Specialist — with clinical nutrition under the same roof. We bridge the gap from “medically cleared” to genuinely strong, building around what's actually driving the issue, not just the symptom.

This probably isn't a fitness problem.It's a movement problem.

You work out. You stretch. Maybe you've seen a physical therapist or watched enough YouTube to name every muscle in your hip flexors.

Yet here you are.

The pain never quite subsides. The tightness still runs the show. No fix holds for long — and you're starting to wonder if it's you, or if this is just what getting older feels like.

The issues live in your body — but the problem lives in your plan.

Nothing you've tried addresses what your body actually does all day — the posture it holds, the patterns it's learned over years of moving without anyone watching how. You need someone who can figure out what's really going on, how you got here, and what to do next.

“At an age of 71 years, I’m in better shape than I was at 50.”
Rod M., age 71

Who We Work With

The Desk Worker

Eight, nine, ten hours a day at a screen — and your body shows it: tight hips, a stiff neck, a lower back that announces itself every time you stand. The problem isn't that you sit; it's what sitting has taught your body to do. No stretch or standing desk holds until we address that directly.

The On-Your-Feet Professional

Nurses, coaches, teachers, healthcare workers — you spend your days taking care of everyone else while your own body quietly keeps score. Ten, twelve hours on your feet takes its own toll, different from sitting and just as real. It's worth understanding before it becomes impossible to ignore.

The Executive & Business Owner

You've built something that runs on your ability to perform, and for years the body has been the last item on a long list. Until it isn't — it has a way of moving itself up the priority list whether you're ready or not. When it does, you need someone who works as efficiently as you do.

The Active Adult Who Got Hurt

You were doing everything right — then something gave way. An injury that sidelined you, a movement that went wrong, a pain that showed up uninvited and stayed. Getting hurt isn't the end of the story, but coming back without understanding what went wrong is how people end up right back here.

The Post-Rehab Client

Physical therapy did its job and you're cleared — but now you're standing in the gap between “medically okay” and actually feeling like yourself again. That gap is exactly where we work, bridging discharge to full function, built around where your body actually is, not where it used to be.

The Active Aging Adult

You've spent decades building something worth enjoying. Whether retirement is here or on the horizon, your body is starting to present its bill — the accumulated cost of years of pushing through. This is where we address it. Specifically, safely, and with a plan built around where your body actually is — not where you think it should be.

Our Philosophy

Move like your body was designed to move.

The difference is in where we start.

GUESSINGASSESSING

Find the real problem, get the right solution.

Freedom Without CompromiseLive More, Hurt Less

Programming without meaningful assessment is just guessing.

Every program begins with a substantial Movement Assessment — not a general intake form or a PAR-Q, but an evaluation rooted in movement science. It tells us which muscles have given up control and which are doing more than they should, so your plan targets what's actually driving your symptoms. No templates — something built specifically for you.

We choose assessment over assumption — every time.

That's what working with a Functional Movement Specialist looks like.

What sets us apart

Credentialed Specialists

You work directly with a Functional Movement Specialist — deep, focused expertise applied to your body and yours alone.

Rooted in Movement Science

Your program is built on what the research actually shows — not trends, not assumptions, not whatever worked for someone else.

Progress You Can Measure

We track hard numbers, not just how you feel — so you always know exactly where you are and where you're headed.

What to Expect

Getting started is simple — and there's no pressure to commit.

01

Comprehensive Assessment & Consultation

A full Movement Assessment, in person. 13 joints, 18 movements, measured shoulder to foot. Then we sit down and go through it... your goals, what the assessment turned up, and where those two things meet. So we both understand what's actually going on.

02

Your Custom Roadmap

You get a plan built around your body and your life — targeting the root cause of the issue, not just the symptom you feel.

03

Train, Reassess, Progress

We guide you through every session, reassess your progress, and correct course as your body changes — building toward results that actually last.
